Thereafter, Attorney Napolet was in private practice from June, 2002 until he began devoting all of his time to his Ohio practice. In private practice, Attorney Napolet represented a broad range of both divorce and criminal clients in both Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.

Attorney Napolet is the proud father of three children, Mario, age 9, Olivia, age 7 and Ella, age 3.
